Teen taking paxil cr 12.5mg for 4 weeks, wants to stop. Will withdrawal occur?

Teen on bupropion er 100mg for 7 weeks and paxil cr 12.5mg for 4 weeks. Weight gain in last 3 weeks of 15 lbs. Teen wants off of paxil cr because of weight gain and no improvement at all of anxiety or depression. Can teen just stop taking the 12.5 mg of paxil cr since it's a low dose and only on it for 1 month (and will continue taking 100mg bupropion er)?
