Teen with non-visible lumps in neck for years.

Hi. I'm just a teen turning 17 this year. I have this lump under the right side of my neck that is only can be seen when I move my neck to the other side. I think this lump is already 3-4 years in my neck. I had this checked years ago and the doctor said it was fine. Recently, I discovered another very small non-visible lump under my hairline. I also had checked the lump in my neck recently and the doctor said it was just my vein and some nurses said it was just a lymph node. I had the one in my neck for years and it haven't changed any size. I also have no symptoms like fever, night sweats, fatigue and weight loss. My mother is a nurse so I always tell her about it and she keeps saying that it's fine. It doesn't cause uncomfort and I actually forgot about it until I had a rash in my neck so I felt it again. These past few weeks I suffer occassional shortness of breath and slightly pain in chest area but it's very hot in our country maybe it's just because of the heat. I don't really have consistent symptoms. Although some people already told me that it's fine, should I get it checked? Both of them are just small and not even visible but I just want to be sure because it doesn't go away.
