Hey everyone, I am a 17 year old male from Canada who's almost done with high school. Recently i have been scared out of my mind that there is something wrong with me, my mom believes that i am just going through some anxiety but i have a gut feeling that its not that. My symptoms are:

-More than the usual muscle twitching (about a month ago)

-Numbness and weird weak/tingling feeling in right leg and arm (mostly hand and forearm) also since a month ago.

-I feel like i have less power in my right leg and it seems smaller than my left.

-Recently (about a week ago) I 've been getting a weird dizzy feeling and tightness in the back of my head. I sometimes felt as though my head was very heavy or Im gonna fall over when in class or talking to friends, but never have.

- I had general aches and pains around my head and neck which seem to have gone away.

- My right eye had some pains and felt very tender although this has calmed down a bit. But I still get like little jolts of pain when i suddenly look at something bright or move my head or blink. I've also felt as though my eyes move rapidly back and forth on their own sometimes.

-I also feel as though my mind isn't as quick as it used to be, i feel like i forget things quick and am more aggressive although my mom suggests this is because of school  pressures.

-I have also had moments where i though i was gonna lose my balance and fall but regained it quickly.

-I have also found a small painless hard lump under my armpit which hasn't been growing and i have been aware of it for about 2 weeks.

I am scared about getting something like als or a brain tumor or cancer or something serious like that as I have read that these are common systems for those serious things. I have had anxiety before but just minor anxiety nothing big. I am planning on seeing a neurologist in two days. I was wondering if any one has any experience with these symptoms and can tell me what they may be.

Any response is appreciated and thank you for reading.
