Temple pain

Hey there, so I have a very prominent vein or artery that runs near my temple. Recently I have had a pulsing sensation in that artery or vein, and now I have temple pain. I have been under a lot of anxiety stress recently and this isn’t helping. My doctor said it’s sometning I shouldn’t worry about, but when my temple hurts and I feel pressure in my head all day it’s hard not to worry about it. Any thoughts?

I think it's probably from stress and anxiety and you said you talked to the doctor. Have you tried taking Tylenol or anything for headache or are you prone to migraines? I would just try to relax . I no how hard it could be. I hope you feel better but just remember if it's still bothering you..you can always head back to doctors. I'm here to talk .

I have had the exact same thing tenderness and pain in temple, not awful but like it hurts and it’s tender on one side and when I massage it it hurts more for a minute and then eases off but it’s still there, stupidly Googled it hoping it’s stres and anxiety as I had servere health anxiety and now im scared of a artery thing even though I’m obly 26 x

I try to be realistic. We are young and mostly healthy. I hate when anxiety gets in my head I just try & keep pushing knowing things will be okay and that it’s all the anxiety built up causing this. It’s probably a normal bodily function or reaction to the stress
