temple pain! worried sick :(

i didnt really know where to post this, i suffer with anxiety that mainly targets my health. all day ive had on and off pain in my left temple. after trying to figure out what triggers is, ive realised its hurting mainly when i tense my tongue or my jaw. im worried sick that something is really wrong. ive suffered with my jaw before,with it clicking, being stiff etc but ive never experienced this before. ive been looking at a screen up close for a few days but i dont think its that due to it only being there when i tense my tongue or jaw. its really worrying me, ive got some morphine that i was given a couple weeks back after my laparoscopy and im considering just taking some so i can sleep and not be in pain. any help would be really appreciated sad thank you

    You could have TMD I think you could ask your dentist about it.
