Temporary relief for the hot flush!

found a great solution for the raging hot flush, was at a spa and there was a room like a snow room and I could rub cold crushed ice all over instant cool down!

    How funny. But just buy hot flashes pills they'll do the trick of cooling you off or flax seed oil.
