For the last 2 months my breasts have been very tender and painful, people have noticed they look fuller and i'm growing out of my normal bra size. I've also lost weight so i know it's not due to weight gain.... It can't be pregnancy because i've been having my periods... Can anyone help me because the doctors are not taking me seriously???

Wondering if you've had a baby by now? Lol. Your post was 9 months ago and I just had a feeling that you were pregnant bc it sounded like me when I was pregnant! I know u said pregnancy test was negative, but maybe it was too early.

Ok. So I've been reading the comments and hopefully something works. I'm just barely 20. And for the past month, my breast have so sore I start crying. I can't have anything on them. I haven't had my period in a month. But the test came back negative. Is thereally any help.

I'm 21 and I am the same. My breasts are tender, sore and swollen. I'm not pregnant as I took a test. I've been on the depo-Provera for 3 years. It's now been 3 months since I dropped off it, but I still have no period. I too need help. It is really hard to sleep or work or to just relax. Just the smallest touch or movement hurts.

Hi ladies! I’m in the same boat - 5 months off depo provera, still no cycle, gigantic excruciating breasts. I’ve, sadly, punched or pushed anything that’s come remotely near my breasts lately out of guarding reaction. I’m unable to get pregnant (infertility- pcos and stage 4 endo) and already don’t have dairy, processed meats, gluten, etc in my diet. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and eat like a rabbit. However in the past 3 months I’ve gained 13 pounds, increased 2 bra sizes (now a D!), and have cystic acne all over jawline.
I’m almost positive this is stemming from my hormones trying (and failing) to regain control from coming off the depo. When I read up on symptoms of estrogen dominance, it sounds exactly like me. I’m going in for blood work on FSG, LH, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid. Hoping to have answers and relief soon!!

Hey ladies, sorry it's probably a bit late for Bethany, but wanted to share for any others reading. If it's not impossible for you to be pregnant (i.e. haven't gone through menopause or had a hysterectomy), i highly recommend seeing your doctor and getting a blood test as you may be like me and the urine test may not be sensitive enough.
Unfortunately the last time my breasts were tender and my moods were unstable i did a urine test - both at home and with the doctor - and it came back negative. Then a month later when i became emotionally eratic we did the blood test and it came back positive - it seems i was one of those rare cases where the urine test wasn't sensitive enough. Probably due to my significant hormonal & mental instability at the time.
I'm scared i may be in a similar situation again (only my mental & emotional health is far more stable this time)... my breasts have been really tender for about a week now. Except this time feels different, it's more like the nerve endings are extra sensitive and i get relief by holding them gently or wearing a loose bra.

Im going through same thing! My last period was end of December. But, ive started peri-menopause this last year so on/off periods. Late Jan my breasts started getting very sore and full. Thought I was going to start but, never did. I wake up in the morning and they are hard and so painful. I started getting low back cramps and a tightening feeling in my lower vagina. All symptoms I had before when I was pregnant. I bought a hpt and it came out negative. I'm baffled. I did some research a found that some older women (I'm 50) can have lower hcg levels and have a negative test result.
Seriously cant wrap my head around this..going to the Dr today for a blood test and going to ask for an ultrasound. Being that if I am pregnant, I would be 9 weeks. Plus, I'm really emotional..uggh
