Tender Testicles and Weird Groin Sensation

Hi. I’ve had tender testicles for quite some time now. There always seems to be a dull ache in them and if I handle them to hard it’s quite painful. I also have a sensation to the right of my groin just at the top of my public hair, almost near hip bone. 

I thought it was an infection of some sort like a UTI, but I have almost finished a course of Amoxicillin for a tooth extraction and I still have the aches. 

Any ideas?  Cheers.
