Lately, I have been feeling tenderness in my inner thighs, inner lats and ribcage. A bit in my chest as well. I just wanted to ask if any of you have ever felt tenderness throughout Mono. These areas are tender to the touch. I hope to hear back from you all. This whole thing has really been driving me crazy with symptoms and what not. Just doing my best to remain calm. Thanks again guys

yes my left thigh is very sensitive to the touch and tingles and pain at night . i thought i had shingles (without the rash ) but now maybe thinking all ebv

Oh really? I noticed this as I rubbed the bar of soap to these areas as I showered. Sorry if TMI by the way.

Hey Jayce,
I felt a lot of tenderness around the rib cage and groin / inner thigh area when I had glandular fever -these are prime sites of glands and just want to reassure that these kind of symptoms can be very normal and common during mono (not that it makes them any easier to deal with I know mind).
Hoping these things settle down soon and remember you will get through this and back to full health again - still thinking about you and keeping you in my prayers.
