So I've started a very active job where I'm on my feet for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and includes a lot of movement. I've known for a while that I have quite short tendons after seeing a doctor about leg pain which turned out to be tendonitis (I still get this quite frequently). Recently I've been feeling the physical strain of my job and can feel a tendon (or ligament?) moving side to side behind my knee sporadically when i walk. I only feel pain when it moves so I'm not in constant pain. I don't feel it is tendonitis as I know what that feels like and have never felt anything like this before! I am struggling to find answers and would rather not take up a doctors time when I am not debilitated by it. Has anyone experienced the same/might know what this is?
