have you tried an elbow support brace? google it and you should find something to help you. Also anti inflammatory tablets should help a little bit. Just rest it for a few months and it should be back to normal. Just don't put any pressure on it.

Yes tried resting it for many months and taken anti-inflammatory tablets but they only work for a short while. Think I'll try your suggestion re an elbow support brace - thank for the advice.

literally millions of options in order of evidence
only have one steroid injection as more will affect you in the long term. it only masks the pain and doesn't get you better
physio is the most proven treatment to cure you
tennis elbow brace or clasp good for pain does not cure
experimental options including GTN patches, PrP injections.
if all else fails after a year of good physio surgery either keyhole or open.
