TENS machines

Hi, I have been wondering about TENS machines. I was given the use of one when I first had my accident and it semed to help. Can anyone advise me on their use for AS.

    Yes, I have AS and have found the tens machine really helpful.I use it everytime after I sit down by t.v. to relax. Just another good reliable friend I have to help me improve the quality of my life!
