Hi Lisa I don't know what a tens unit is but a chiropractor may really help you. Why are you scared to go to one?

I have health ailments, and optic nerve thing going on so id be too scared they do some manuver to injure me. I spoke to a few over the past years. They wont play around with my spine anyway. They wanted to do the tens though and some herbs and such. My nuero said not to play around with anyone manioulating my spine so i wont. Just this tens thing. Im not buying it or doing it. Its little electric currents lol. Sounds so off. But some woman was talking about it like it was the answer to headaches. Idk.
