Tension across shoulders

Hi all

Am on 5 weeks now and last week was really beginning to feel more positive. Entertained friends and felt pretty good apart from tension headaches at night. However last few days have been quite tough again with lots of tension in shoulders although headaches have largely disappeared. I then get back into thoughts of will this work ?Am I slipping backwards.? Presumably the.pills must be doing something to have some good days. I just want more !! any others experienced this? xx

    yeah ive had this i was on 10mg for 4 weeks then moved to 20 with no side effects at all.. when i done 4 weeks in the 20 the chemist gave me a differnt brand and it made anxiety return.. of course the doc said it made no difference in brand but i got another box of the one i had the month before and its eased.. im now heading to 10 weeks on tues. ive heard ppl say there is many blips on this recovery.. keep goin xx
