Tension Headache Bad

Tension headache terrible everyday. Now im getting numbness in my arms and legs. Ears feel plugged...cant breathe..breathe thru my mouth. Massive stomach or liver pain...leg muscles always sore... dizziness...ringing in my head thats constant...cant sleep...lost my job..avoiding friends now. My family is all out of state. Confusion doing small tasks like showering and eating. Foggy state ...headaches feel like their killing my brain. Permanent damage. Need help !
