You need to ask yourself what is causing the headaches,

Have you had your eyes checked in the last 12/24 months, it could be that.

Are you going out in bright sunlight, if so you may need sunglasses

If it is Dry eyes drops may help.

If you are stressed that can also cause problems. Try Mindfulness in subdued light that will rest you and your eyes.

If none of above talk to your GP.

Tension and Tension Headaches are caused by stress and anxiety

    squinting

    poor posture

    tiredness

    dehydration

    missing meals

    lack of physical activity

    bright sunlight

    noise

    certain smells and wearing glasses.

Go through a process of elimination to change your activities untill you realise what is causing the problem. Check the NHS.UK Health A-Z. At a guess, are you around noisy active youngsters. If so try to take some time off any situation and try relaxation therapies such as-not thinking, going to a park and staring into a quiet wide open space. Lay on the grass, smell the fresh air, stare at the sky and associate happy thoughts with the experience and most of all, RELAX. Investigate free relaxation techniques on the Internet. If you need to talk keep in touch. Lots of Love and Peace. Robert.
