Has anyone had the constant tension headaches everyday. When meno started for me 8 months ago the tension headaches came 2 months after and are still here. Not sure if its cause am not sleeping much during the night.
Am going mad when all this will be over.

hello susan. Yes i used to get tension headaches everyday when i first started perimenopause 9 years ago but iv recently been diagnosed with vestibular migraine which can be daily too.
i believe we do get more headaches when our hormones are declining.
iv been told to drink 2-3 litres of water a day and no caffeine or chocolate or E numbers.
Your right about sleep though as when i don't sleep iv always got a tension headache.
