Tension I think

hey,

hope someone can help, tuesday evening i come down with the most awful headache so much so it made me vomit.... wednesday was just as bad a took migraleave but only touched the sides. anyway the headache subsided but since then i have been having pains in my head mainly at the back and at the top the only way i can describe them is like someone is sitting and pushing in my skull, my neck hurts and all around my collar bone and shoulders aswell as the bridge of nose... i obviously have googled it and wish i didnt as according to them i have possibly a brain tumour or anurysm. i know i shouldnt have googled it but this has been going on for 6 days.... i have spoken to 2 gps 1 has said a migrane and gave me naproxen and the other has said tension headaches. i have had tension headaches before and this dont really feel like one... i am at my wits end thinking there is something seriosuly wrong i also have what feels like dry eyes and floaters.... any help or advice would be great. i am also going to see a chiropractor on tuesday as i do not know where else to turn.

    I have been having similar symptoms to you also, did you ever find out what it was down to?
