Tension neck ache

Ive suffered health aniexty for ages now snd thought I had it under control.  But does anyone else have headaches with a painful neck

    Yeah, I've tension headaches before along with neck pain smile

    Louise I always get tension in my shoulders and neck, but I have discoved there are some supplements that relax your muscles, like magnesium, passionflower and lots of others. Might be worth asking about at a healthstore. Also water, water and more water for headaches.
