teribble testicle pain

Posted , 6 users are following.

I have been have a crushing pain in both teticles for awhile now. It is cold in my testicles and my penis. It also feels like my testicles are dripping. It feels like my sack is filling up with liquid. This all started after I was prescribed Ciprofloxin back in june. I'm also barely getting an erection and cannot stay hard. I need someone's help please. I also feel like that dripping sensation is now in my stomach and rib area.

    Hi Preston

Do you have swelling also in the testicles ? Any past history of sexual contact ? Any other irregularity that you can observe in the testicular structure ?

I have had multiple std testings and still nothing. There is swelling in the cord attached to my left testicle. My scrotum feels weighed down. yes I have had sexual contact with the same partner for awhile now but I'm losing the ability to get an erection and am losing the exctasy feelin when I ejaculate.

What about Ultra sound, did you get an Ultra sound done ?

This condition is since how long ?

I have not had an ultra sound. This has been going on since about June 20th and it keeps getting more painful. The doctors just think I'm crazy

Sure, you should go for an Ultrasound. Please ask your doctor to prescribe it.

You can rule out testicular torsion.

Varicocele is something that you should get yourself checked for (Ultrasound will take care of that).

Which STD tests have you got tested for ?

Can you spot the point where the testicles ache/pain by physically touching the testicles ?

Do you think it could be varicocele? Would my scrotum feel filled with liquid? Would it also feel cold to the touch?

I'm pretty sure all of the std tests.

No I can't feel any pain by touching them. Its to the point where it just keeps coming and going but gradually getting worse day by day. Thank you for responding

The dragging feeling comes in Varicocele condition. But at the same time the scrotum should feel warm.

Keep us posted on what comes out in Ultrasound. Ultrasound will not be to scan the spermatic cord though.

Hope you have gone through the semen culture test.

I'm sorry what do you mean by dragging feeling? Also what semen culture test?

      By dragging I meant heavyness.

In semen culture test your semen sample is cultured in the lab to check if any pathogens are present in the semen or not.

Oh OK.  I feel a heavyness but it is more like the sack is filled with liquid type of heavyness. An isn't really warm to the touch but cold.

Do your symptoms change dependent on whether you are sitting, stand, walking or lying down?

No they are the same. It just keeps getting worse.

Stay with the urologist and expect him/her to find and sort out the problem

I having same problem for long time been to doctors for so many times and they kept giving me different antibiotics which didn't help me and it's getting worse and worse. Spoke to someone who had the same problem and person gave an advise to have full blood check which is expensive in uk. They found staphylococci in him which is highly resistant to any antibiotic and gave medication against it. Course was for 3 months.
