Terrible headache behind nose and behind center of eyes. please help

Hi, I am a 23 year old. About 1 month and a half ago I got this terrible headache behind my nose and behind center of eyes. I assumed it was my sinuses even though I didn't really have any congestion. I used typical sinus pills and it eventually went away after about 6 days. During the headache, it literally hurt to move my eyes in any direction. Fast forward to today and the headache is back. I've had it for about a week now with no sign of letting up. I have no congestion with this episode. I can feel it behind my nose and behign the center of my eyes again. I've never really had headaches before, so I don't know what is going on.

    I am having Throbbing pressure/Tightening of muscles/Tight band/Pulse beating /Pressing/Compression on Bridge of my Nose on right side and Fore Head above right eye through out the day from past one year. If glasses on nose, it increases. Closing eyes also increases.

    MRI/Blood/Eye/Ear test normal. I use CPAP from several years, and healthy active lifestyle. Docs put me on Nortriptyline but no relief and nothing working so far.
