Terrible headache with nausea! How you treat headaches?

I have period and my Headache is terrible 😦

Do you have any trick for bad headaches? pls share!

    epsom salt bath, and plenty of water, sorry not much help, i was on codeine for 10 years only on 1 a day now, but with peri i find pain killers dont work x

      Thanks a lot, I did bath and my periods got worse , I take B12 and motrin and lemon Juice , always helped, not this time 😦...

    could it be a migraine? i started having stress migraine in preimenopause.

      I think it is... today no pain , tganks God... every day something , every period different type of pain body and head.. its terrible:(

      i went to my doctor and got a migraine medication and it really helped me deal with them . They don't work for everyone but it would not hurt to try.
