Terrible Insomnia I don’t know what to do

I suffer with anxiety and depression pretty bad. mainly with anxiety now days.. Insomnia is something that has affected me for a good number of years.

I have gone through so many phases in the past wondering whether I will ever fall asleep again and have just tried for hours and repeatedly failed to seep.

cutting to the chase I'm going through a rough patch atm and have basically hardly slept in these past two nights. My insomnia is so bad I just literally drift in and out of sleep so often. Whether it be for 30 minutes or upto 2 hours cycles I just don't sleep properly any more.

I'm just unable to sleep I had around 2 hours last night and about 1 hour ish earlier on which was with waking a few times in-between both times. I just don't know what to do I have a job to go to in about 10 hours and I'm really struggling to sleep I just lay there worrying. I already went to my shift yesterday with next to nothing I don't want to do that again.

I just feel like I've lost the ability to fall asleep or stay asleep sometimes I'm basically living on no sleep now. What can I even do? My body is so sleep deprived.

Google how digital devices blue light can disrupt sleep. I noticed if I were to look at my mobile phone or laptop 1 hour before sleep, the blue light would disrupt my sleep. Either I would get up earlier and sleep lesser or I would wake up a few times and end up having broken sleep. I also installed programs like twilight which help to block blue lights 1 to 2 hours before sleep. It does help but if I look at my phone an hour before sleep, it would still disrupt my sleep. So I made it a point not to look at any digital devices at least 1 hour before sleep.

2nd thing I did was drink a glass of milk before sleep. When I was pregnant, I stopped all medication. I would drink 2 glasses of milk daily and I slept very well. If you could you can try drinking 2 glasses of hot powder adult formula milk but not all before sleep or you have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.

3rd thing I soak my feet in a basin for about 10 minutes in slightly hot water. This helps the circulation. I hope it helps.
