Terrible nausea on second week

Hi,

Today is day 12 on 50mg sertraline, the first few days taking it i had fuzzy head, headaches and slight nausea then they eased off. The last 2 days (11 and 12) i feel really really bad. I can't eat, i was in bed most of the day yesterday and have been today as the nausea is just horrendous my anxiety is also through the roof.

Can anyone tell me if they suddenly got really bad nausea in the second week or is it normal? I really need some reassurance.
