Hi toria, I used to suffer with awful acid reflux, constantly taking gaviscon. I now eat Gluten free bread and avoid heavy dairy. In particular milk chocolate, that was the worse thing. I don't scrutinise food ingredients but avoiding these two things have put an end to the reflux. I still get nasal drip but that's if I've eaten too much dairy. It's as if my body can't process it and it sticks in my throat. I also get the neck/throat issue and have recently found some yoga neck exercises which you can Google. I used a tennis ball although I have a yoga ball somewhere lol. A friend of mine had a similar problem and she uses massage to get rid of hers. I also get the rib pain too. I thought I was having a heart attack the first time it happened (last August) whilst I was driving. Phone consultation with Gp put my mind at rest. Possible Costochondritis?
I haven't had breast pain for around 6 months now.
I hope you feel better soon.
I really don't understand why there's not more help for women going through this. We just have to ride it out but it's flipping hard some days.
Sending hugs 🤗 and positive thoughts. xxx

Is it below your ribs or higher up? Do you think it could be costochondritis?
(my yoga link for sore throats isn't showing up?)

Ooh I posted about this just recently! I'd never really had reflux before, but now that I'm perimenopaual ... I'm like, what??!
At first I couldn't figure out why I was having this irritated cough (I don't smoke or have allergies) and this sore frog-in-my-throat feeling; and then I started having this vague heartburn, a sensation I recognised from when I was pregnant ages ago. Finally a trip to the ENT confirmed reflux --I was given Gaviscon, and boy it sure made a difference!
At the same time I started looking at what I'd been consuming and made some adjustments to that -- easing off on the caffeine and high dose Vit C and fish oil for instance (certain supplements do trigger reflux so perhaps check what you're taking), and drinking my acidic juices much more diluted. Also chewing more consciously and eating smaller meals, and slower, and not late at night, near to bedtime. I feel so much better now, thank the Lord.
The pressure and sore throat you feel might be from the inflammation caused by the acid; consider trying Gaviscon or maybe Tums? Hang in there!! (and feel free to write me if you need ❤️ )
