Terrible side effects with Lustral

I am on day 5 now of this tablet for anxiety and depression, I mention this as in my last post I wasn't clear. Anyway sleep wise took ages to get off to sleep, then about 5am woke up with terrible feeling in my stomach, also terrible constipation, I know it takes time for the tablet to work, but can anyone give me some positive advise on how to deal with this daily, to make it work, and when should the side effects subside. Thank you.

    Morning.

Each week should get easier. I struggled with sleep the first week and then haven't had a problem since - except grinding my teeth.

It took 8 weeks in total for this to fully work, but it got easier after the first 2 weeks.

Weeks 5&6 I felt low mood and anxious again, but weeks 7&8 better and then since I've been fine.

Just take each day at a time. Remember this isn't going to last forever. You may feel depressed now, but it may lift in an hour.

Keep busy, visit family or friends. Drink loads of water for the constipation. That is a normal side effect.

Hope this helps a bit xx

Thank you so much, it's just these side effects with the increased anxiety, and the rest hopefully by the end of the week things should have settled down.....I hope so..... as all I keep reading is negative reviews about this tablet, lets hope its with it. thank you

Remember people only tend to review something if they have had a negative effect. When you're feeling better you don't often come on to review something.

The increased anxiety at the beginning is not nice at all, but it will get easier! Xx
