Terrible sleeping issue

Posted , 5 users are following.

Over the last week ive been having a lot of trouble getting to sleep, yeaterday i thought i slept well, however, i was very very tires throughout the day. Tonight, i only thought it had been an hour since i got into bed but it had actually been 4 when i checked fhe clock and was now 4am and am very tired. I sometimes feel this weird sensation when my whole body sort of goes cold and i get this horrible feeling and i dont know how to describe it, what do i do?

Thanks,

    Hi Callum,

Go see your Doctor to get the best advice on your diagnosis and recovery plan.

    Peace 🙏

I suggest you see a sleep specialist who will diagnose your problem most probably by having you take a sleep study. I had that study and a lot of information is gathered that way.

    How long you sleep

How long it takes you to get to sleep

    How good is your sleep

    etc

As a result, a good diagnosis can be made.

    Good luck!

    hey,

Do you exercise? You might wanna consider taking some natural supplements to help you sleep. I personally have had sleeping problems and it is truly irritating. I would gladly make recommendations

    Hello Callum

Having sleeping problems can bring on other symptoms that we don't need.

I'm not a doctor but i used to be a Para Medic in the Army many years ago and have seen all sorts of ailments.

Our way to help some one to sleep was called a forced sleep, you may have heard of it let me know if you are aware of the procedure before i carry on as it will take a lot of writing.
