Hi i can relate to you, most days i'm fine until i hear that somebody is sick or passed away. Immediately i feel like i will die from the same illness that this person has. It isn't easy because it interferes with your daily life. I was listening to Joyce Meyers she published this book battleflied of the mind. I have been listening to this audio and it is helping hope this helps you as well

I would start by really looking into what it is that's causing you to still be worried. Write down everything that you're still worried about.

Then next to each one, study it and write down a more likely and more rational facts/reasoning.

    For example:

    • I'm worried i still have a brain tumor because i have headaches. Rational thinking - I've had a ct scan which detected no abnormalities. The headaches are likely tension due to my stress and worrying.

    hello Courtney,

Sounds like your going through a phase. I suppose in the teen years we somewhat shockingly start to become aware of the bad things that happen in life ie REAL life. Work at not worrying about things you can't do anything about, takes perseverance and practice though.

    good luck

Hi Courtney You are a young healthy 19 year old with your whole life in front of you. You should be terrified of not living your life to the full not worrying about your health. Now get on with your life and start enjoying yourself. The world is your oyster🌈
