Terrified I might have genital herpes

I have been pretty exhausted lately and a couple of days ago noticed a sore resembling a pimple on my outer labia. It wasn't really itchy or painful but now it has grown to a cluster of about 7 and they are quite raised red and sting a little. As it's the weekend I haven't been able to get an appointment with the doctor but was wondering if anyone else had experienced something like this.

The sores are on the right side of my labia only, I had my right tonsil inflamed around the time the first sore appeared too. I don't have any burning when I urinate and otherwise feel fine at the moment. Is this similar to what anyone who has been diagnosed experienced?

    Acyclovir or valacylovir does not help me with genital herpes. I keep going back to see my urologist doctor.but he does not me any hope. He just told me to keep taking valtrex. The right treatment has to be in combination which i found is a clinic in texas
