Terrified it could be lymphona (or something else bad)

I generally have widespread pain- not so severe or anything that I always notice it or it impacts my day, just enough to be annoying and stress-inducing. Specifically, I feel pain when I press on different areas- like some parts of my arms, my legs, my pelvic area, my chest, ribs, etc. I also have been having persistent knee pain for the past few days. Now there's also a bit of pain in my elbows, and I feel like maybe it's my bones that are hurting, and that is really freaking me out.

I had been trying to get over some of my struggles with health anxiety (which have been so persistent I basically always feel on the verge of a panic attack over potentially having some illness that'll kill me). When, all of a sudden, I noticed something weird with my underarms. They hurt, a lot, to the touch- everyone just told me it was probably muscle strain or something- but then I realized that when I press on it, the texture is really weird. Like I can feel all these little fibers or lumps. And they hurt. I went on to try pressing on the other areas there are lymph nodes, like in my neck and groin area and such, and I also feel the weird lumpy texture under my skin. They don't hurt as much, though. But I can't think of anything that feeling could be, except for a bunch of swollen lymph nodes.

Google, of course, freaked me out any more. I'm really worried it could be lymphona- I know infections can cause some lymph nodes to swell, but not all of them. I'm also starting to worry the chest pain I've been having could be related to swollen lymph nodes in my chest- when I went to the doctor a few months ago they said it was costochondritis, but still. They never checked for the lymph nodes. And I'm worried maybe it hurts when I press underneath my ribs because my liver is swollen. And if my liver is swollen and my bones hurt, then I'm guessing that would mean I would have a more advanced disease, and that's terrifying.

I have bloodwork done for the first time back in February- CBC showed everything normal. But I figure that could have changed in the past few months, or some types of lymphona apparently don't really show up in bloodwork. And I'm in the age range for Hodgkins, since I'm 20. I know I should see a doctor but I can't right now because of COVID, and I'm so scared that they're going to find cancer and I'm going to die D: I can't function. Does anyone have advice???
