Terrified of lymphoma

I don’t know what else to do but write here. For the past week or so I have developed mild night sweats , I’m not drenched but enough where I notice. I also have lost a little weight. I was trying to as of two weeks ago, but since I hurt my knee I haven’t worked out or ate that great in the last two weeks but have lost a little weight,
My dr doesn’t seem concerned, I have had ct scans, chest X-rays in the last year for other anxiety related issues and they have been good. I also have a full CBC 3 weeks ago that was normal.
I just keep convincing myself I have lymphoma or some type of cancer due to the night sweats and weight loss. I am taking an anti-inflammatory for my knee which maybe I’d causing the night sweats.
Idk just needed some advice as this is making me scared

What drug are you taking? Most non steroid anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS)cause sweating.Try sleeping with a thin blanket or no blanket and check the temperature of the room.Eating too late can also cause sweating.
Weight change and night sweats are so called B symptoms of lymphoma. This means they do not really play such an important role in diagnosing lymphoma. And also not alot of people get B symptoms.Since you have had a CT and Xray do not worry.
Best wishes

Do you actually have any swollen lymph nodes? That would be the main sign of Lymphoma and u didn't mention any nodes.
I have anxiety too, and I also have been dealing with some swollen lymph nodes in my head/neck for almost a year now. So naturally I freaked out and worried I had lymphoma. I've seen my GP, Dermo, ENT, and an Oncologist (I wanted a variety of opinions lol). They think my lymph nodes are just over sensitive and swollen due to the acne I get on my face.
Anyway, before I saw all those Drs and got some reassurance, I read up on google about the night sweats and weight loss, etc. symptoms too. I swear as soon as I read it I started getting very hot when I slept and I'd wake up a bit sweaty - not drenched but def sweaty. I also started weighing myself every day and it seemed like I was losing weight. But as I said, once I saw all those Drs and did some tests, everything appeared totally normal. N now since I've calmed down a bit, I haven't had any weight loss or night sweats at all anymore lol. I really think I was doing it to myself bc of my anxiety. Not surprising bc I've felt like I was having a heart attack at one point, and that also turned out to be just anxiety -_-
