This thing takes time max. You have to be patient. Also, try to find the root of your stress and worry. Do you hv any particular reason? Maybe stress about your job or personal reason. Sometimes the overthinking and not finding solutions could cause anxiety.I know it's hard to walk outside or do some exercise, but i think you need it. Try to go outside your house for few minutes. Take a leap of faith.

Enough diet and proper exercise are very helpful.

All you need to do is to motivate yourself.

Yes, yes, and yes!!! I have had all of the things you mentioned. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux/GERD. I have had an endoscopy 3 times and they found NOTHING!!! Do not let it bother you if that is the case, you can still have acid reflux and it not show up on an endoscopy especially if you take medication for it. You unfortunately have the chicken and the egg going on here. Is your anxiety causing your acid reflux or is your acid reflux causing your anxiety??? The answer is basically YES...no matter what came first they are making each other worse and making you feel the way you do. Best advice I can give you, get treatment for the anxiety and your acid reflux. Learn what food and drinks to avoid, take your medications, elevate the head of your bed or sleep propped up with a lot of pillows, do NOT eat lying down or lay down right after eating, eat small amounts at one time. I know with mine I cannot do anything with tomato in it, something to do with the acid or whatever, but I am in agony if I do. So the basic, no spicy foods, no caffeine, no chocolate, nothing super greasy/fried, blah blah blah. Pretty much don't eat it if you like it LOL. And if you aren't getting treatment for your anxiety, look into it. Hope you feel better soon, best of luck!!!

Hey, firstly, sorry to hear you're experiencing this, it's a very awful side effect of anxiety manifesting into real symptoms!

I had (still do on occasion) this feeling except for me it was also fuelled by my allergy to nuts. I used to freak and think I was having an allergic reaction and couldn't calm down until I took an antihistamine and knew I wasn't dying.

Do you have any fears around eating such as acid reflux or being sick? Choking? I think with anxiety you have to find the root of the problem before you can fix it. Also when you are feeling like that, I would recommend drinking cool water and try to find a fun activity to take your mind off of it. On the other hand, it may also help if you write it all down in a journal. I find that when I get anxious, I write down why in a journal and then give reasonable reasons as to why I'm feeling that way.

Have you tried doing the anxiety pie chart? Also I'm sorry this reply became so long!
