Hi all recently I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with CSW .After 1 week i felt pain on my testicle. I feared about sti and I took cmia 4th gen hiv test 8 days after exposure . It is negative and after that I took Elisa 4th gen duo test and pcr rna test on 30 the day .. both came negative . And another 39th day cima 4th gen test which is also negative . Meanwhile my testicle pain went. But pain in right groin area begin . And I had cold from 3rd week which last for 1 month . And I got ulsour in my mouth. Now I got stressed and anxiety.. lost 1 or 1.5 kgs in 2 month. After 1 month I got non itch white bums came in groin area , not on gentiles. Now only one is existing and that too started to heal. After 60 day I took complete STD check including hiv duo elisa, gonorrhea swap, hsv , chlamydia blood test ,hbv ,hcv, tpha .. all are came negative .. now still right groin and right lower abdomen , felt like my stomach is swelling . and it is still exist . so for i took pain killers only. I am now fully stressed and in anxiety ... When I went to STD specialist from 2 week after exposure he prescribed some Chinese medicine for imaginative and pain killer . And took dopler scan for scotrum , postures and kidney and told those are ok.
is my symptoms are related to
hiv? I took test end of 84 days which is negative ... But right side groin pain is still persists. Is my test is conclusive?

Welcome to the unknown world.
I am in the same boat for 2.5 yrs nearly. The first year after exposure is really tough to pass and after the symptoms will reduce. I feel the the current medical diagnosis is not able to detect the virus/bacteria with in us. No body is there to help us. we got to learn to live with this. There are thousands of people like us and progressed somewhat in the diagnosis, you got to discuss with them to how you can survive.
The biggest issue is we are contagious even with saliva, sweat etc, this disease will spread to your family.. you can see the symptoms with them as well, try avoid having sex with anyone.
i know this may not help you. But you got to prepare for the people saying that this is IBS & everything is on your head and see Psychiatrist finally .
