Tested negative herpes but I have itching in my penis head after 3 motnhs

I have sex en Feb. 5 with the same person in the last 3 years no problems after a week I have itching in my wrist and in my feet and elbows with some little tiny bumps and the dr say to me was scabies I have treat with permethrin and I have a little bump all in my body was gone but the little bumo in my penis head was there and I put permethrin everyday in my penis in March 10 I'm back to my doctor night before I was itchy like crazy and my penis around was irritate and I make a mistake I put more permethrin. ..I have tested for every sex virus en especial for herpes and cane out negative I don't have nothing but the itching still and little bumps in my head I don't have nothing else in my body ....my dr give ne valacyclovir start yesterday 2 pills a day ...if my test is negative what else can bs?...someone can help me whit this dilema I'm really depressed. ..thanks!

    Hey can u still reply I think I got the same problem you did and I been thinking its herpes but I feel like it ain't I haven't been to doctor yet.if you could please reply cause I'm going through the same story you did

      Hi my friend you just see doc. And test.im also waiting for test still no pumps after 3 month I want test
