Tested positive then negative for HSV. What is this? VP or herpes? Please help

After my first sex, my vagina itched for a few days and since then I have been noticing small little red dots occurred on and off around the urethra opening, no itch, odourless and burn when i pee. I visited the doctor and she said they looked like small little ulcers. Soon after, my HSV test came back positive for type 1&2. Symptoms were not improved after 2 weeks of medication (1000mg of valaciclovir sz per day) so i got tested again since i never have blisters or bumps. The result came back negative for both HSV.

It has been 8 months, my partner has no symptoms shown. I didn't get any blisters or bumps but i have these small red dots and burning feeling on and off every once a month.. it hurts/burns when i have sex, or put on lubes... it really affected my sex life. it always heal before my appointment with my doctor so i can hardly get it check.

side notes: is my vagina opening normal? it always hurt and tear at the bottom when i have sex

the ulcers inside do look like herpes the blood tests are unreliable as alsmost everyone has some form of hsv. the most reliable test it to have it swabbed its really strange that it comes back every month though. i would consult your ob and maybe a urologist. obstain from sex untill you figure out whats going on. when you tested positive did your doctor give you a daily medication to supress breakouts and lessen the chance of transmission?

I got swab tests instead of blood test for both. She asked me to take 1000mg of valaciclovir daily and i finished the whole box before the next appointment. However the small dots were still there so we did the second swab test. i got the hydrozole cream after the negative result. heres a picture of the small dots on the right sideimage
