Testicals twist round ect....

I've had this problem for quite some time my testicals mainly the right one some times quite frequent tern sideways or twist . I don't get bad pain but it still is quite uncomfotable. Because you have to try and move them to make it go back to origonal position. Also they swell up some times , and that causes a discomfort. Also they twitch and seem to strain like when you cough for the slightest of physical things eg.. Standing up , raising one leg . I went to have a ultra sound done an they said , they are quite a few varicous veins in my scrotum wich can cause swelling . Some people have surgery to fix this.

This dosnt explain the twisting .

I've just had the worst year of my life with two major surgerys  with Thyroid cancer wich went up the side of my neck and into my chest too.

They had to open up my chest and + disect my neck . I really don't think I could take another surgery.

    Twisting is testicular torsion.

The veins are varicocele, I had a grade 3 varicocele removed 4 years ago. The main symptoms are a heavy feeling and dull ache usually in the left side.

Wear jockys or tighter briefs to give support.

    Did they not mention surgery?

Wow sounds like you have been through a lot the past year I feel your pain 2014 was the worst year of my life as well . I had my right testicle removed when I was 12 or 13 due to torsion and they tacked my left one down so that it wouldn't twist maybe they can do that to yours it would probably only be a very minor surgery. I think the vein thing is called a vericocele which causes swelling because of the increased blood flow ununfortunately I think only surgery will remedy this but its only an outpatient surgery. had a hydrocele this past year that was a nightmare and after 2 surgeries my testicle is still twice the size it was before the hydrocele.
