i am aged 63 have what feels like a grisly lump on testicle .

i feel healthy no weight loss looking for more info on what it could be

going to dr next week

    An ultrasound or MRI can help determine exactly it is. Could be several things. No pain or discomfort?

    dr said my blood test did not show anything abnormal

    and he thinks it is

    epididymitis

    and still have to go ant get ultrasound scan just hope all ok
