Testicle feels tight in place high in scrotum.

To start, I am 35 years old and only have one testicle (the other was undescended at birth and removed when I was 12). I've had this weird sensation over the last week and a half where my remaining testicle feels as though it is being pulled up and the cord attached is tight. It sits high in my scrotum at the moment, whereas normally would be freely moving lower. I got worried that it could be torsion, but my understanding is that torsion is accompanied by excruciating pain and happens fairly quickly. I am having dull pain whenever I touch the surrounding areas of the testicle. The little sack attached to the top of the testicle has also been sensitive (but this has been normal for me). I dont know if this is related, but sometimes it also burns when ejaculating. Either way, I'm paranoid since I've only got the one left. Anyone have any similar experience?
