Testicle pain

Hello I am pretty new to this forum and English is not my first language so sorry in advance.

One day i decided to masturbate and I dont know why but I decided to not ejaculate for a long time( an hour or more), this led to pain in both testicles. I knew about the blue balls problem so I thought that was it. For the next day or two my pain was almost the same. After that, pain in left testicle went away, but the right one was still present. Its been a year now and the pain in the right testicle comes and goes, for a couple of months pain was mild now its almost non-existent but it is still present. I noticed a swelling on top and back of my testicle and pain when I would touch the epididymis the back and the top one, also I think i have a small lump on the epididymis (the top one). Lately im a bit paranoid about it, and too scared to go to a doctor for a check up. Is this chronic epidimitis or something else.

PS. I took an antibiotic for another condition and I noticed that it was for epidimyitis and i felt much better.

    Go to the doctor for a checkup. Do not be afraid to go to the doctor, personally, i do not think its anything too serious.
