Testicle pain

12 yrs ago I had a hydrocele in my right testicle. I had the testicle removed due to the fact that the original urologist screwed up and cut the wrong duct causing the sac around the testicle to adhere itself to my testicle. Now I've have the same issue with the left. I was wearing a jock strap and there was a small hole in the top just below the elastic. I went to sit down and my testicle popped out of that small hole and burst the hydrocele. Just recently I got a spermatic cord block but it has done nothing. For the last 2 days I have been getting migraines, vomiting, diarrhea, high blood pressure and extremely dizzy. My urologist said he wants to wait and see of the blood clot in the scrotum will be absorbed but there has been no change since December. Any suggestions?
