Testicle pain - Really Worried
Posted , 6 users are following.
Hello
So over the last week or so ... either after sex or masterbation my nuts hurt for like a couple of hours afterwords
The pain is almost identical to that of when you bang your nuts or something ... that ache in the pit of your stomach .... and my nuts are sore to touch too .... only been happening over the last week
But this has me really worried and with the current lockdown situation etc...
Can anyone shed some light on what may be causing this ?
Thanks

It could be a number of things. The pain in the testicles is often caused by a condition called epididymitis. This can be caused by bacteria or a virus. Pain on ejacualation can also indicate a problem like prostatitis. What's your background age etc. Have you had any unprotected sex recently or any STDs in the past?

Interesting. Are there any lumps? Sounds like you may have inflamed some of the nerves in that region. I did something similar a few years ago after I'd been surfing. The pain would make my testicles ache but it would also shoot into my hip too. If it continues to bother you I'd request an ultra sound when the lock down ends just to rule everything out. I think the bath is a good idea and try some anti inflammatories too. If the pain becomes really severe head to a and e because you may have a torsion.

cheers man, no, no lumps either ... the nerve thing is most likely ... hopefully nothing too serious ... will see my gp if pain persists ..... going to grab that bath shortly, hopefully the pain subsides.
this has never happened before

I have the same problem but mine is followed with back pain ( probably a lot of sitting ). I think that is normal when you are sexually active, because I was researching a lot about that and I found something about cancer, bacteria , viruses,... ugh internet 😃
But I came to conclusion that this is simply a pain caused by sexual activity because your testicles are producing a lot of sperm during that period so the part of sperm is pretty much always hold in genital tubes and that is causing the pain. After one or two days the pain will go away you do not need to worry, I think that all men have this issue from time to time.

Yeah I was also worried about that but eventually pain goes away, I found pretty logical explanation about that pain. So you have couple of nerves that goes from your spine to your testicles This is opinion of a doctor that I have found on "medical internet sites" : I certainly dare to think that this was originally a pain in the lower (lumbosacral) part of spine and associated with ligaments and musculature, which are reflected by innervation pathways in the scrotum area. Primary disease of the scrotum or testis (scrotal content), is regularly accompanied by violent pain, redness, significant swelling of the scrotum itself, and high body temperature.
I am not a doctor and I can not be 100% positive about that, but is logical explanation. But you can inspect your testicles by touching them after showering if there is any bump on side ( if one is a little bit bigger than another one there is nothing to worry, I also have one bigger than another) .
Fun fact: I had one guy in my high school that had testicle cancer he had one testicle like handball ball. That is really f****d up so I understand you. I am also worried about every little thing that happens me connected with my "tool".
However, go to specialist to see that its always the best solution.

Thanks for the reply man .... i have no physical redness or anything .... just lower back pressure and the other day my nuts really hurt after sex ..... but i pulled the chicken last night and no severe nut pain (little bit but nothing like the day before) ( so thought i was on the mend ..... its just this back pressure .... cant seem to relieve it ... i do lift weights too so could of pulled a muscle maybe .... really not sure but if it gets any worse i will be going to see the specialists.
Oh maybe i should add that last year i had an orchiopexy operation ... for retractile testicle .... everythings been fine since except this.
Like i say no change in looks etc

This pain is still lingering on, mostly in my back now tho .... starting to think this was something to do with nerves or pulled a muscle maybe.

Hi Dan.
I am going through a similar situation at the moment. dull ache in testicle and in the stomach on occasions.
I paid to have a private ultrasound in February and all was fine. thank goodness.
I also had this ache last year and it went after a few months and no medication.
It could be numerous things, the way my mind works is I thought cancer immediately, when rationalizing things, testicular cancer is actually quite rare from the research I have done. .
It could range from a cyst, to epididymitis, to torsion to just being a chronic ache which does happen to even something like nerve damage. I'd like to add I have no lumps/ bumps whatsoever and my GP has had my testicles in his hand more times than my wife lol. he has never found a lump or any swelling of any sort.
I started anti inflammatories and antibiotics yesterday to rule out infection. it's a 10 day course and I'll keep you updated but keep your head up man. try not to let anxiety and google run your mind. Always get advice off a professional.
