Testicle retraction and scrotum tightness

Hi and thanks to anyone reading, for the last 10 days or so ive noticed my scrotum being a lot tighter than usual and my testicles almost being pushed out of the scrotum up to the skin beside l, i am quite worried as this hasnt happened before or as regularly, obviously it is common but this seems to be happening for the majority if the day. No pain accompanies it only slight discomfort as the testicles feel restricted when pushed up. Has anyone dealt with something similar and if so any advice? thanks again
