Testicle/scrotum problems, help!

Hi

This is really stressing me out so if someone can help that would be great smile 

I regularly feel my testes and know what they feel like usually, but recently felt pain as I was laying down.

After having a feel, I don’t know how is to describe it, but I know it didn’t feel like it before but basically it seems to feel like a swollen tube/vein that runs from near my anus and the gooch area, and when I sit down I feel like I’m on always sitting on something so as I felt around the testes it seems like this tube goes into the top, and feels like a soft, flat fleshy thing, I’ve never been able to feel it before, never! And it’s extremely uncomfortable! 

I’ve been to the doctors and his sending me for a ultrasound 

So please if anyone can help before hand it would be really appreciated
