Testicles causing anxiety problems

Hey everyone. First ever post. So about six werks ago, I was sitting at desk at work after walking for about half an hour. I sat down and i had my legs crossed. Well, after A few minutes of that I began to feel like I was squeezing my left testicle. And it hurt quite a bit, but once i uncrossed my legs and sat up the pain began to subside and it ended. Well ever since that day I have been extremely anxious about the fact that I may have a torsion, or i have severely injured my body.
Anyway, for about a week my balls were not sore but sensitive, but eventually they felt normal again. I also checked my balls quite a bit and everytime they felt perfectly normal. No lumps, nothing. Also, walking, lunging, running, standing, even sitting cross legged doesn't hurt at all. Well, today i was sitting down at work, slumped in a chair, and for about thirty seconds i felt a pain in both of my balls but once i sat back up straight, it went away.
Now, I am 37, no health issues, recently have lost 62 pounds, And I walk a lot for exercise. I Just want some reassurance that i havent severely injured myself. I don't particularly want to go to a doctor because I have severe health anxiety and i have a big trip to Las Vegas planned in a week and i have been looking forward to this for six months and i just want to go.
if you can give me any good news, I would appreciate it

Brian,
I don't think you have severely injured yourself. Your sitting is not a traumatic event to your testicles.
However, I have a few thoughts. I noticed you saying you're slumped in your chair. I believe it's very possible that poor posture, which effects the iliopsoas muscles, can cause stress on the pelvis and in turn stress on nerves and other organs structures leading to the testicles.
My second thought is that you might have pinched a nerve or organ structure, such as your spermatic chords, and the disruption could have caused some sensitivity.
I would just make sure to do daily stretches of your adductors, pelvis, psoas, and back to make sure you're up to shape for long term walking.
If you're worried about torsion, go to a doctor, even if it has to be urgent care so they can make sure you're all straight. Torsion, leads to pretty quick swelling though.
One thing to keep in mind; anxiety causes tension, and tension can cause pain.
