Hi,
I'm 21 years old. I had mumps testicular atrophy 6 years ago. Everything was normal with my left atrophic testicle. But 5 days ago suddenly my left testicle and left leg(thigh) start light pain, and also light groin pain and fart sometimes. Pain appear 4-5 times in a day and pain stay 1 hour.
Is these are symptoms of Epididymitis or cancer? (no lumps, no swelling testicle, no abdominal pain)
