Hello. I am 20 years old. The last 2-3 week I've been having pain sometimes on my testicles (mostly the left). It doesn't hurt all the time the pain isn't that strong. I don't see any lump on my testicles. It might be a cancer but I did a bit research and found some testicles with varicocele and they look almost like mine. I have an appointment tomorrow but I just wanted your opinion on what it might be?

i cannot guess so the appointment tomorrow will hopefully give you reassurance. It is unlikely to be cancer so sleep easy

I visited the doctor tonight. Apparently I have varicocele and I'll have a surgery. Any suggestions on the surgery will be?
