Hi, you can ask for an ultrasound, or you can in the UK, if you are worried or feel pain. I recently was diagnosed with epididymo-orchitis and had a lump on my epididymis and as a result spent a lot of time Googling it and I learned that early stages of cancer are usually not painful and lumps on your epididymus are unlikely to be cancerous so from what you have said you can probably rest assured. However I also learned that Dr's dont tend to be kind towards patients with these symptoms so like I was advised you might need to be a little forceful. Dont take my word for anything because I am not a Dr. Explain your worries or get another Drs opinion, trust me care varies depending on what Dr you see and as sad as it is to say female Drs tend to be a lot better and kinder than male Drs.

thanks a lot, i know ive been telling my female doc all the time that i have cancer and she laughed at me, but as the time goes by im not worried about cancer anymore, i already did the ultrasound 2 months from the first time i felt discomfort and the doc didnt find anything, lump formed about 3 weeks ago its right on my epididymis tail under the testicle and sometimes its hard and sometimes not, my testicle is slightly painfull when touched compared to other one, also when i do sports (i train MMA mixed martial arts) i dont feel any pain probably because my nutsack goes inwards when doing activity, my condition is really mysterious i must say haha, do you maybe know how long does it take for TC to grow to a noticable size ?

It could be a cyst ? if you are worried about your health no one has any right to laugh at you and its shocking that she would do this, I am sorry for this.

Not at all, but you really need to see your GP. I know thats easier said than done for us.
