Hi everyone, i am a guy from spain. 10 months ago i had varicocelectomy surgery because Of a pain in my left testicle. It’s seems that didn’t work to me because i am still having disconfort in all the area, mostly in the left testicle and mostly when i am sitting somewhere for to long. After too many infiltrations a doctor offered me denervation of spermatic cord, it’s seems to be very successful. Has anyone has that surgery before? Is true can relieve pain and no create more complications? I apreciate if you answer me. I am 24 years guy  sad

    Probably your varicocele reoccured again. You could follow your doctors advice if your pain is getting worse. But surgery repairs not always 100%cure the problem

    Id advice you to wear athletic supporters or take pain relieving medicine or consult your doctor for natural non surgical treatments.
