Testicular Lump When Aroused

Hello,

I've recently noticed that as my penis becomes erect before and and during sex, I get a small lump on the end of my left testicle, and then diminishes in size a while later. I do not notice it unless I am aroused. It seems to be where the epididymis attaches to the testicle. I do not have this problem in my right testicle. What are the causes for this? Perhaps sperm is getting built up there and not able to flow through? How is it treated if necessary?
