Testicular pain

Posted , 4 users are following.

Out of nowhere the left testicle becomes sensitive, painful to the touch.

No other pain elsewhere.

I doubt it's an infection .

    Hi Sansrx,

Google "epididymitis."  Testicular pain has been the harbinger of that condition for me, several times in the past several years.  Treatable with antibiotics.   I'm not a reflexive user of antibiotics, but in this case, yes.

Did it swell and become larger than the other one? In any event, see a urologist to get a diagnosis. Like Cartoonman said, it could be epididymitis which is treatable. I woudn't wait too long because if it is epidymitis, you really want to catch it early.

Good morning Sansrx.  Yes it could be Epididymitis or it could have something to do with prostatitis.  What ever it is go and see a urologist like the others guys said.  That is nothing to mess with  Ken
