Testicular pain

Out of nowhere the left testicle becomes sensitive, painful to the touch.
No other pain elsewhere.
I doubt it's an infection .

Hi Sansrx,
Google "epididymitis." Testicular pain has been the harbinger of that condition for me, several times in the past several years. Treatable with antibiotics. I'm not a reflexive user of antibiotics, but in this case, yes.

Did it swell and become larger than the other one? In any event, see a urologist to get a diagnosis. Like Cartoonman said, it could be epididymitis which is treatable. I woudn't wait too long because if it is epidymitis, you really want to catch it early.
